    1. Falling in love is not an adequate foundation for a marriage. (This "falling" stage only lasts about 2 years, then you'll going into a different stage of marriage.) 2. Like mother, like daughter; like father, like son. (Will look a lot like them, but will have to work if you don't want to *be* like them.) 3. How to solve disagreements without arguing 4. Toilets are not self-cleaning. (Make a list of chores and get a plan. ) 5. Make a plan for money (incl debts) 6. Spirituality doesn't equal going to church.

The Power of Words: Affirmations in Love Words hold incredible power in relationships. For those whose primary love language is words of affirmation, verbal expressions of love and appreciation are essential. Simple phrases like "I love you," "I'm proud of you," or "You mean the world to me" can profoundly impact their emotional well-being. These affirmations validate their worth and strengthen the bond between partners. It's not about grand speeches; it's the sincerity and consistency that matter. Taking the time to genuinely express your feelings can turn ordinary moments into deeply meaningful ones, fostering a love that feels seen, heard, and cherished. "THE TEN LOVE LINGUAE, THE HIDDEN KEYS TO EVERLASTING LOVE (For Married Couples & Singles) BOOKS 1&2 A Guide to Discovering & Understanding You & Your Partner’s Love Languages" These books brought a great transformation to my love/relationship life. They're all there, experiencing the moment, the phones record that particular moment. I promise, everyone there experienced the moment and enjoyed it. Your argument is like saying tourists in the 80s never enjoy the Grand canyon because they had cameras with them lol

Great useful practical information! My love language is words. My wife's love language is acts of service. My least important love language is acts of service. My wife's least important love language is words. God has a very incredible sense of humor. I need to practice speaking love language that means almost nothing to me. And my wife needs to do same. It's like we are being trained to be Olympics gold medalists. By our own strength is next to impossible. With God's strength no problem.

Awesome practical information as always! Margin is basically a profit in any area of life. And who doesn't like profit? When you live below your means financially, you'll have some good savings which in turn will help you one day. If you eat right and exercise, you can have occasionally that desert with almost no negative consequences. You get the point. Thanks again "A better us" kitchen couples and all other experts!

Oh my! GOLD GOLD GOLD!!! And I don't just mean this episode. The whole "a better us" university is just truly amazing! I love your videos so much. They are short and broken down with very specific discussions and steps to take (you can probably tell I am a man, waffle brain). My wife and I have been married for 10 years. And those 10 years have been nothing but war with short brakes to reload and recharge. We have gone to marriage counselling with practically zero results. Several months ago you guys came to Faith Welland. My wife and I attended. I have been getting emails of course about your videos but never watched one. Around April 7th, 2024 I watched S1 E1 and I am not stopping any time soon. I really love how you guys bring different couples and experts and discuss marriage topics in detail. Now we watch you together and we enjoy all the information to resurrect our marriage. I cannot thank you enough for your "a better us" university!

Overall my main love languages and how I receive love are 1. Physical touch, 2. Quality time, and 3. Words of affirmation. How I give love to others are 1. Physical touch, 2. Gifts, 3. Acts of service, 4. Quality time, and 5. Words of affirmation. I do all 5 of them when I give or show my love to others.
